hi, i'm abhishek

i'm an economist. mostly mechanism design — conditional markets, prediction markets, perpetuals, and the plumbing of how markets aggregate information. i also write about startups, life, and whatever finance story catches my eye. mechanistic interpretability is a side hobby; a lot of the tools that work on incentive design also work on neural nets.

right now i'm building if.market, a conditional markets exchange. earlier projects: solstrategy (a solana-native take on leverage without liquidations) and hyperflash (retail-accessible market making on perp dexes).

this site is a mix of longer writing and working notes. nothing here is finished. most of it is wrong. but writing in public is how i think.
